Se non sei d’accordo, non usare l’app o il sito.
1. Descrizione del servizio
PitSpot è un’applicazione gratuita che aiuta a individuare fontanelle d’acqua potabile
e bagni pubblici su una mappa, usando dati provenienti principalmente da OpenStreetMap
e servizi correlati. Il sito web fornisce informazioni sul prodotto e una lista d’attesa
per il lancio sugli store.
2. Idoneità
Devi avere l’età legale nella tua giurisdizione per accettare questi Termini
(o avere il consenso di un genitore/tutore ove richiesto).
3. Licenza d’uso
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e
revocabile per usare PitSpot per scopi personali e non commerciali, nel rispetto
di questi Termini e delle regole degli store (Google Play / Apple App Store).
4. Account
Al momento PitSpot non richiede la creazione di un account utente per usare le
funzioni principali della mappa.
5. Uso consentito e vietato
Ti impegni a:
usare il servizio in modo lecito e rispettoso;
non tentare di compromettere sicurezza, disponibilità o integrità di app, sito o API terze;
non fare scraping abusivo, reverse engineering illecito o uso che violi diritti di terzi;
non usare PitSpot come unica fonte per decisioni di sicurezza o emergenza.
6. Dati di mappa e accuratezza
I punti di interesse derivano da fonti terze (in particolare OpenStreetMap) e possono
essere incompleti, non aggiornati o inesatti. Orari, accessibilità, presenza reale
dei servizi e potabilità dell’acqua non sono garantiti.
Verifica sempre sul posto quando rilevante.
I dati OpenStreetMap sono disponibili secondo le licenze ODbL / condizioni dei
rispettivi fornitori; rispettiamo e riconosciamo tali attribuzioni ove applicabili.
7. Posizione e permessi
Alcune funzioni richiedono l’autorizzazione alla posizione. Puoi negarla o revocarla
dalle impostazioni del dispositivo; in tal caso alcune funzioni potrebbero non essere disponibili.

8. Lista d’attesa sul sito
Iscrivendoti alla lista d’attesa accetti di ricevere un’email di notifica al lancio.
Puoi chiedere la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento. Non è obbligatorio iscriversi
per usare l’app una volta pubblicata.
9. Proprietà intellettuale
Marchio, logo, design e software PitSpot restano di nostra titolarità o dei rispettivi
licenzianti. Non acquisisci alcun diritto di proprietà sull’app o sul sito, salvo la
licenza d’uso di cui sopra.
10. Servizi di terzi
PitSpot dipende da servizi terzi (mappe, API, hosting, form email, store).
Non controlliamo tali servizi e non siamo responsabili di interruzioni, modifiche
o politiche di terzi.
11. Disponibilità e modifiche
Possiamo modificare, sospendere o interrompere funzioni dell’app o del sito in qualsiasi
momento. Possiamo anche aggiornare questi Termini; la data in cima indica l’ultima revisione.
L’uso continuato dopo la pubblicazione delle modifiche costituisce accettazione,
nei limiti di legge.
12. Esclusione di garanzie
Il servizio è fornito “così com’è” e “come disponibile”, senza garanzie di
continuità, assenza di errori o idoneità a uno scopo particolare, nei limiti
consentiti dalla legge applicabile.
13. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, PitSpot non è responsabile per danni
indiretti, consequenziali, perdita di dati o interruzioni derivanti dall’uso o
dall’impossibilità di usare l’app/sito, né per decisioni prese sulla base delle
informazioni di mappa. Nulla in questi Termini esclude responsabilità che non può
essere esclusa per legge (es. dolo o colpa grave, ove applicabile).
14. Risoluzione
Puoi smettere di usare PitSpot in qualsiasi momento disinstallando l’app.
Possiamo sospendere o terminare l’accesso in caso di violazione di questi Termini
o per esigenze operative/legali.
15. Legge applicabile
Salvo norme imperative diverse a tua tutela come consumatore, questi Termini sono
regolati dalla legge italiana. Per controversie, ove ammesso, è competente il foro
del consumatore secondo la normativa applicabile.

1. Service description
PitSpot is a free app that helps you find drinking water fountains and public toilets
on a map, mainly using OpenStreetMap and related services. The website provides product
information and a launch waitlist.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction
(or have parent/guardian consent where required).
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence
to use PitSpot for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and
store rules (Google Play / Apple App Store).
4. Accounts
PitSpot currently does not require a user account for core map features.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to:
use the service lawfully and responsibly;
not attempt to compromise security, availability, or integrity of the app, site, or third-party APIs;
not engage in abusive scraping, unlawful reverse engineering, or infringement of third-party rights;
not rely on PitSpot as the sole source for safety or emergency decisions.
6. Map data and accuracy
Points of interest come from third-party sources (especially OpenStreetMap) and may be
incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Opening hours, accessibility, actual availability,
and water potability are not guaranteed. Always verify on site when relevant.
7. Location and permissions
Some features need location permission. You may deny or revoke it in device settings;
some features may then be unavailable. Data processing is described in the
Privacy Policy.
8. Website waitlist
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive one launch notification email.
You may request removal at any time. Signup is not required to use the published app.
9. Intellectual property
PitSpot branding, design, and software remain ours or our licensors’.
You receive only the licence above, not ownership.
10. Third-party services
PitSpot depends on third parties (maps, APIs, hosting, email forms, app stores).
We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, changes, or policies.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted
operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential
damages, data loss, or decisions based on map information. Nothing excludes liability that
cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence, where applicable).
14. Termination
You may stop using PitSpot by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access
for Terms violations or operational/legal reasons.
15. Governing law
Except where mandatory consumer protections apply, these Terms are governed by Italian law.
Disputes are subject to the consumer’s competent forum where required.

PitSpot ist eine kostenlose App zum Finden von Trinkbrunnen und öffentlichen Toiletten
auf einer Karte, hauptsächlich auf Basis von OpenStreetMap und verwandten Diensten.
Die Website informiert über das Produkt und bietet eine Launch-Warteliste.
2. Nutzungsberechtigung
Du musst in deiner Rechtsordnung rechtlich in der Lage sein, diese Bedingungen zu akzeptieren
(oder die Zustimmung eines Erziehungsberechtigten einholen, falls erforderlich).
3. Lizenz
Wir gewähren dir eine persönliche, beschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare
und widerrufliche Lizenz zur privaten, nicht kommerziellen Nutzung von PitSpot
gemäß diesen Bedingungen und den Store-Regeln.
4. Konten
Für die Kernfunktionen der Karte ist derzeit kein Benutzerkonto erforderlich.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
rechtmäßige und verantwortungsvolle Nutzung;
keine Angriffe auf Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit oder Integrität;
kein missbräuchliches Scraping oder unzulässiges Reverse Engineering;
keine ausschließliche Nutzung für Sicherheits-/Notfallentscheidungen.
6. Kartendaten und Genauigkeit
Points of Interest stammen von Drittanbietern (insbesondere OpenStreetMap) und können
unvollständig, veraltet oder ungenau sein. Öffnungszeiten, Barrierefreiheit, tatsächliche
Verfügbarkeit und Trinkwasserqualität werden nicht garantiert.
7. Standort und Berechtigungen
Einige Funktionen benötigen Standortzugriff. Details zur Datenverarbeitung findest du in der
Datenschutzerklärung.
8. Warteliste
Mit der Anmeldung stimmst du einer Launch-Benachrichtigung per E-Mail zu.
Eine Abmeldung ist jederzeit möglich.
9. Geistiges Eigentum
Marke, Design und Software von PitSpot verbleiben bei uns bzw. unseren Lizenzgebern.
10. Drittdienste
PitSpot hängt von Drittanbietern ab. Für deren Ausfälle oder Richtlinien übernehmen wir
keine Verantwortung.
11. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Funktionen und diese Bedingungen können jederzeit geändert werden.
Fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt — soweit gesetzlich zulässig — als Zustimmung.
12. Gewährleistungsausschluss
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
13. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte Schäden oder Entscheidungen
auf Basis von Karteninformationen. Zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt.
14. Beendigung
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit durch Deinstallation beenden. Bei Verstößen können wir
den Zugang sperren.
15. Anwendbares Recht
Soweit keine zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften entgegenstehen, gilt italienisches Recht.
