La presente Informativa descrive come PitSpot (“noi”, “l’app”, “il sito”)
tratta i dati personali in relazione all’applicazione mobile PitSpot e al sito
www.pitspotapp.com.

2. Quali dati trattiamo
2.1 Nell’app mobile
Posizione geografica (GPS) — solo se concedi l’autorizzazione
“posizione durante l’uso”. Serve a mostrare fontanelle e bagni pubblici vicino a te.
La posizione GPS di PitSpot non viene inviata a Google AdMob né usata
da noi per profilazione pubblicitaria.
Query di ricerca e coordinate — inviate a servizi di mappe e dati
OpenStreetMap (API Overpass e tile map) per recuperare i punti di interesse.
Account opzionale — se crei un account (email e password), trattiamo
tali credenziali tramite il provider di autenticazione (Supabase) per login, reset
password e cancellazione account. Puoi anche caricare una foto profilo, conservata
nello storage del provider. L’uso della mappa resta possibile senza account.
Messaggi di supporto — se contatti il supporto dall’app, trattiamo
il messaggio e gli eventuali allegati per rispondere alla richiesta.
Pubblicità in-app (AdMob) — l’app può mostrare annunci di terzi
(es. banner in basso sulla mappa) tramite Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Google e i suoi partner pubblicitari possono trattare identificatori pubblicitari
del dispositivo, dati tecnici e, se hai espresso il consenso (form UMP in SEE/UK
e regioni assimilate), segnali per annunci personalizzati. Puoi gestire o revocare
il consenso dal form privacy degli annunci (ove richiesto) e dalle impostazioni
del dispositivo. Maggiori dettagli:
tecnologie pubblicitarie di Google.
Dati memorizzati sul dispositivo — preferenze e cache locale
(ad es. risultati recenti) restano sul tuo telefono.
Condivisione — se usi la funzione “condividi”, il sistema operativo
apre il foglio di condivisione nativo; non raccogliamo il contenuto condiviso.
PitSpot non richiede un account per le funzioni principali della mappa
e non accede alla rubrica contatti del telefono.
2.2 Sul sito web
Email della lista d’attesa — se ti iscrivi al form “Avvisami al lancio”,
trattiamo l’indirizzo email per inviarti una notifica al momento della pubblicazione
dell’app. Il form è gestito tramite Formspree.
Dati tecnici di navigazione — il hosting (es. GitHub Pages) può
registrare log tecnici (IP, user-agent) per sicurezza e funzionamento del servizio.
3. Finalità e basi giuridiche
Fornire le funzioni della mappa e della ricerca locale (esecuzione del contratto / interesse legittimo all’uso del servizio).
Gestire account opzionale, profilo e supporto (esecuzione del contratto / misure precontrattuali).
Mostrare pubblicità in-app e misurare le impression (consenso ove richiesto, ad es. SEE/UK tramite UMP; altrove secondo la normativa applicabile e le impostazioni AdMob).
Inviare l’email di lancio se ti sei iscritto (consenso).
Garantire sicurezza, prevenzione abusi e miglioramento tecnico (interesse legittimo).
4. Destinatari e trasferimenti
I dati possono essere comunicati a:
fornitori di API OpenStreetMap / Overpass (query geografiche);
provider di tile mappe;
Supabase (autenticazione, storage profilo, funzioni di supporto/cancellazione);
Google AdMob / Google LLC e partner pubblicitari (annunci in-app);
Formspree (gestione iscrizione newsletter);
provider di hosting del sito.
Alcuni di questi soggetti possono trattare i dati fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo.
In tal caso si applicano le garanzie previste dalla normativa applicabile
(es. clausole contrattuali tipo, ove richieste).
5. Conservazione
Dati sull’app (preferenze/cache): finché restano sul dispositivo o finché non disinstalli l’app.
Account e contenuti correlati: finché l’account è attivo o fino alla cancellazione richiesta.
Dati pubblicitari: secondo le politiche di Google AdMob e dei partner.
Email newsletter: fino alla richiesta di cancellazione o alla chiusura della lista d’attesa dopo il lancio.
Log tecnici del sito: secondo le politiche del provider di hosting.
6. I tuoi diritti
Se si applica il GDPR (o norme equivalenti), puoi richiedere accesso, rettifica,
cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione al trattamento, nonché revocare
il consenso ove prestato (incluso il consenso agli annunci personalizzati). Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo
competente (in Italia: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Per esercitare i diritti riguardo all’email della newsletter o all’account, contattaci come indicato
alla sezione 1. Per i dati solo sul dispositivo, puoi eliminarli cancellando i dati
dell’app o disinstallandola; puoi revocare il GPS dalle impostazioni del telefono.
Per gli annunci, usa il form di privacy/consenso in-app ove disponibile e le impostazioni pubblicitarie del sistema operativo.
7. Minori
Il servizio non è destinato a minori di 13 anni (o età superiore richiesta dalla legge
locale). Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori.
8. Sicurezza
Adottiamo misure tecniche e organizzative ragionevoli (HTTPS sul sito, limitazione
dei dati raccolti, permessi opzionali nell’app). Nessun sistema è però totalmente
immune da rischi.
9. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questa Informativa. La data in cima alla pagina indica l’ultima
revisione. In caso di modifiche rilevanti, indicheremo un avviso sul sito o nell’app.
This Privacy Policy explains how PitSpot (“we”, “the app”, “the site”)
processes personal data in connection with the PitSpot mobile application and the website
www.pitspotapp.com.
Location (GPS) — only if you grant “location while using the app”.
Used to show nearby water fountains and public toilets. PitSpot GPS location is
not sent to Google AdMob and is not used by us for advertising profiling.
Search queries and coordinates — sent to OpenStreetMap-related map/data
services (Overpass API and map tiles) to retrieve points of interest.
Optional account — if you create an account (email and password), we
process those credentials via our auth provider (Supabase) for sign-in, password reset
and account deletion. You may also upload a profile photo stored with that provider.
Map features remain available without an account.
Support messages — if you contact support from the app, we process the
message and any attachments to handle your request.
In-app advertising (AdMob) — the app may show third-party ads
(e.g. a bottom banner on the map) via Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google and its
advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, technical data and, where you
have given consent (UMP form in the EEA/UK and similar regions), signals for
personalised ads. You can manage or withdraw consent via the in-app ad privacy form
where required and via device settings. More information:

On-device storage — preferences and local cache stay on your phone.
Sharing — if you use share, the OS share sheet opens; we do not collect
the shared content.
PitSpot does not require an account for core map features and does not
access your phone’s address-book contacts.
2.2 On the website
Waitlist email — if you join “Notify me at launch”, we process your email
to send one launch notification. The form is handled by Formspree.
Technical logs — hosting (e.g. GitHub Pages) may keep technical logs
(IP, user-agent) for security and operations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Provide map and local search features (contract performance / legitimate interest).
Operate optional accounts, profile and support (contract performance / pre-contractual steps).
Show in-app ads and measure impressions (consent where required, e.g. EEA/UK via UMP; otherwise under applicable law and AdMob settings).
Send the launch email if you subscribed (consent).
Security, abuse prevention, and technical improvement (legitimate interest).
Google AdMob / Google LLC and advertising partners (in-app ads);
Formspree (newsletter signup);
website hosting providers.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards
under applicable law apply.
5. Retention
App preferences/cache: while stored on the device, or until you uninstall the app.
Account and related content: while the account is active or until deletion is requested.
Advertising data: according to Google AdMob and partner policies.
Newsletter email: until deletion request or waitlist closure after launch.
Website logs: according to the hosting provider’s policies.
6. Your rights
Where GDPR (or equivalent rules) apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure,
restriction, portability, and objection, and withdraw consent where given (including
consent for personalised ads). You may also
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
For newsletter or account rights, contact us as in section 1. For on-device-only data, clear
app data or uninstall; revoke GPS in phone settings. For ads, use the in-app privacy/consent
form where available and your operating system’s advertising settings.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required by local law).
We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS on the site, data minimisation,
optional app permissions). No system is completely risk-free.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes
may be announced on the site or in the app.
Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie PitSpot („wir“, „die App“, „die Website“)
personenbezogene Daten im Zusammenhang mit der mobilen App PitSpot und der Website
www.pitspotapp.com verarbeitet.
Standort (GPS) — nur bei Erlaubnis „Standort während der Nutzung“.
Dient dazu, Wasserbrunnen und öffentliche Toiletten in der Nähe anzuzeigen.
Der PitSpot-GPS-Standort wird nicht an Google AdMob gesendet und von uns
nicht zur Werbeprofilierung genutzt.
Suchanfragen und Koordinaten — werden an OpenStreetMap-bezogene
Karten-/Datendienste (Overpass-API und Kartenkacheln) gesendet.
Optionales Konto — bei Erstellung eines Kontos (E-Mail und Passwort)
verarbeiten wir diese Zugangsdaten über unseren Auth-Anbieter (Supabase) für Login,
Passwort-Reset und Kontolöschung. Sie können auch ein Profilfoto hochladen.
Die Kartenfunktionen bleiben ohne Konto nutzbar.
Support-Nachrichten — bei Kontakt über die App verarbeiten wir Nachricht
und ggf. Anhänge zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage.
In-App-Werbung (AdMob) — die App kann Drittanzeigen zeigen
(z. B. Banner unten auf der Karte) über Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google und
seine Werbepartner können Werbekennungen, technische Daten und — bei Einwilligung
(UMP-Formular im EWR/UK und vergleichbaren Regionen) — Signale für personalisierte
Anzeigen verarbeiten. Einwilligung können Sie im In-App-Formular (soweit erforderlich)
und in den Geräteeinstellungen verwalten oder widerrufen. Mehr:

Lokale Speicherung — Einstellungen und Cache verbleiben auf dem Gerät.
Teilen — beim Teilen öffnet sich das native Systemmenü; geteilte Inhalte
werden von uns nicht erfasst.
PitSpot erfordert kein Konto für die Kernfunktionen der Karte und greift
nicht auf das Adressbuch zu.
2.2 Auf der Website
Wartelisten-E-Mail — bei Anmeldung zu „Beim Launch benachrichtigen“
verarbeiten wir die E-Mail für eine Launch-Benachrichtigung (Formspree).
Technische Logs — Hosting (z. B. GitHub Pages) kann technische Logs
(IP, User-Agent) speichern.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
Bereitstellung von Karten- und Suchfunktionen (Vertragserfüllung / berechtigtes Interesse).
Optionale Konten, Profil und Support (Vertragserfüllung / vorvertragliche Maßnahmen).
In-App-Werbung und Impressionsmessung (Einwilligung soweit erforderlich, z. B. EWR/UK via UMP; sonst nach geltendem Recht und AdMob-Einstellungen).
Launch-E-Mail bei Anmeldung (Einwilligung).
Sicherheit, Missbrauchsprävention und technische Verbesserung (berechtigtes Interesse).
Google AdMob / Google LLC und Werbepartner (In-App-Anzeigen);

Einige Anbieter können Daten außerhalb des EWR verarbeiten. Soweit erforderlich,
gelten die gesetzlichen Schutzmaßnahmen.
5. Speicherdauer
App-Einstellungen/Cache: solange auf dem Gerät, oder bis zur Deinstallation.
Konto und zugehörige Inhalte: solange das Konto aktiv ist oder bis zur Löschung.
Werbedaten: gemäß Google AdMob und Partnern.
Newsletter-E-Mail: bis Löschanfrage oder Schließung der Warteliste nach dem Launch.
Website-Logs: gemäß Hosting-Anbieter.
6. Ihre Rechte
Soweit die DSGVO (oder vergleichbare Regeln) gilt, können Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung,
Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch verlangen sowie eine
Einwilligung widerrufen (einschließlich personalisierter Werbung). Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren
(in Italien: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Für Newsletter- oder Kontorechte kontaktieren Sie uns wie in Abschnitt 1. Für nur lokal
gespeicherte Daten: App-Daten löschen oder deinstallieren; GPS in den Telefoneinstellungen
widerrufen. Für Anzeigen: In-App-Privacy-/Einwilligungsformular (soweit verfügbar) und
Werbeeinstellungen des Betriebssystems.
7. Minderjährige
Der Dienst richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren (oder einem höheren
gesetzlich geforderten Alter). Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Minderjährigen.
8. Sicherheit
Wir setzen angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen ein (HTTPS, Datenminimierung,
optionale App-Berechtigungen). Kein System ist vollständig risikofrei.
9. Änderungen
Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren. Das Datum oben zeigt die letzte Änderung.
